Hockey registration is now centralized. Parents paying for hockey will pay their registration fees directly to Seven Oaks Minor Hockey Association at Red River Community Center, 293 Murray Avenue 339-5345, on August 25th, 30th and Sept. 8th, 7-9pm (cheque, cash or money order). All age groups (5 to 20 year olds) will pay at this time. Any questions contact Tara Bjornson tarabjornson10@hotmail.com or by telephone at 339-9120.
Parents who show up for hockey or ringette registration at Maples CC will be redirected to go to Red River CC.
MAPLES dose not have a program for indoor mini soccer. Please go to Garden City C.C. 725 Kingsbury Avenue if you wish to enroll.
MAPLES WILL NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES. All Payments at Maples can be made by cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard.

NOTE: Registrants for Youth Indoor Soccer who fail to register at Maples on time are not guaranteed a spot on a Maples team as per FC Northwest.
NOTE: To find your Childs ages for registration purposes, subtract your child's age from the current year.
Sport/program cost to be determined by Associations:
- Basketball - $120.00 (ages 5 - 7) and $195.00 (ages 8 - 18)
- Youth Indoor Soccer (ages 9-18) - $360

Things you should know and changes for this upcoming season:
- Registrants should reside in the Maples area when registering. The boundary lines for Maples CC are: west of McPhillips, North of Inkster blvd, east of Keewatin street, south of Mollard rd/Perimeter Hwy. *See our catchment map below.
- M.R.A.I. Administration costs are $15.00 per participant, this has changed from last year do to the increasing cost of running the Center.
- All registrations will be paid by cash, interact or credit card. No personal checks for registration!

Your child's Manitoba Health Services Registration or a copy of their birth certificate should be brought to registration to verify their age.
Karate classes will begin in mid-September, 2011 and will continue until the end of the school year. Classes are on Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM, Maples gym. Registrations are accepted throughout the school season and are arranged during class time - see head coach Sensei Jamie Reyes.

Registration Fee Subsidy
This program assists community centres in the subsidization of registration fees for children and youth who require assistance to overcome financial barriers which may prevent or limit their participation in sport, leisure and recreational programming administered by Community Centres.
