Hall & Arena Rental Information

Maples has three venues available for rent: :

Room Capacities:
- Gymnasium = 300 (licensed) 400 (unlicensed)
- Arena = 500 max (licensed) 800 (unlicensed)
- Meeting Room = 50 max

The gymnasium will accomodate up to two inflatable jumpers plus enough tables and chairs for about 150 people.

FOR-PROFIT EVENTS:
Private socials, fundraisers, concerts and other for-profit events

For-profit events in the gymnasium that serve alcohol are priced all-inclusive. There is no extra charge for taxes, set-up and take down of tables and chairs, four soft drink tanks, orange juice mix, coffee, cups, ice and bartenders. Rentals in the arena may be subject to rental charges for chairs - ask about chair rental charges when you make your booking. Renters must use Maples' liquor license and bartenders. Events may be subject to cleaning fees and other charges.

Meeting Room - $120
Gymnasium - $900 (includes 3 bartenders)
Arena - $2,500 (includes 6 bartenders)

NON-PROFIT EVENTS:
Organizations / Family / Meetings / Gym Use

*Arena is available for socials from April 1 to August 31, skating rink available from September 1 to March 31.

Why should you have your event with us? Money made from your event is put back into your Community & helps off-set the costs of operating your Maples Community Centre.

Tentative Booking Policy

Tentative hall and arena bookings are meant to hold dates until the renter has paid their deposit and signed a rental agreement. Tentative bookings are held for no more than thirty days and dates are forfeited by the renter if they fail to pay their deposit and sign a rental agreement within the thirty days. No parties will be admitted unless they have paid their deposit and signed a rental agreement prior to the event.

Entries on calendar indicate the gym is booked for that date and during the times specified. Click on the entries for more information about the specific event.

Bookings marked tentative means a party has booked the date but has not paid their deposit nor have they signed a rental agreement. Tentative bookings are held for 30 days.
